Cancellation Policy

At Halo + Honey Skin Studio, appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. To honor both your time and ours, the following policy is strictly enforced. • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled, and will still be subject to the cancellation policy. Emergencies and unexpected situations are always understood — please communicate as soon as possible. This policy allows us to provide a calm, intentional experience for every client and to respect the time dedicated to preparing each treatment. —— Refund Policy All services and packages are non-refundable. Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, changes of mind, or lack of desired results. Skincare is a process, and results often require consistency and multiple treatments.
